Cancelation & Refund Policy

• General Refund Policy
  Refunds will only be considered in extenuating circumstances and are subject to the company’s review and discretion. Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to determine eligibility for a refund.
• Non-Refundable Items
  Aesthetic ER Kits: All sales of Aesthetic ER kits are final. No refunds or returns will be accepted for these items.

• Shipping Costs
  Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances. If a refund is granted for any reason, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.
